Katja Roberts made her choreography debut with Ohio Northern University’s production of Ride the Cyclone, directed by Courtney Katengell-Blake. Staged in the round, the production featured a double-cast ensemble who remained on stage for the entire 90-minute performance, creating a continuous and immersive experience. Katja incorporated multiple dance styles into the show, ensuring each number matched the characters' unique personalities and the story’s tone. She embraced the challenges of choreographing in the round, crafting dynamic movement that engaged the audience from every angle. Each cast brought their own unique energy, making it a truly collaborative and memorable production.
